HSD Grants

PRESERVATION. PROMOTION. PROSPERITY.

Since 2018, HSD has been making grants to community organizations who have identified issues or opportunities in South Downtown and created projects that improve our neighborhoods.

Due to changes in our funding structure, we will be unable to offer grants for the immediate future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on our continued work in the community, and be the first to know when a new grant round opens.

HSD Grant Projects

The best way to get to know Historic South Downtown & our grants program is to learn more about our amazing grantees and their projects.

HSD's grant program has prioritized our value of neighborhood self-determination. Our grants are unusual in that we are geographically constrained, but most of our grants are open to grantees defining an opportunity or issue and then proposing their program or solution. How would you enhance your neighborhood?
