The Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit tasked to improve the economic vitality of Seattle's historic Chinatown-International District. As one of the City of Seattle's ten established Business Improvement Areas, CIDBIA focuses on four core areas - sanitation services, public safety coordination, marketing and events, and advocacy for small businesses to create a clean, safe, and welcoming neighborhood.
